Before you ask

How does Sklepilot know my stock levels?
Wherever you keep it: Baselinker (API token), an XML/CSV feed from your shop or ERP, or a CSV stock file (columns: sku, quantity) uploaded in the panel. Sklepilot checks stock every minute and reacts to changes. Nothing to install.
Do I give you my Allegro password?
Never. You connect accounts via the official Allegro sign-in (OAuth), the same way Baselinker does it. You can revoke access anytime in your Allegro panel, and tokens are stored encrypted.
I already use Baselinker, so why would I need Sklepilot?
Baselinker is a powerful all-in-one machine and we use it ourselves. But automatic dispatch-time updates have to be assembled by hand from automation rules, and then you babysit them. Sklepilot does one thing end to end: connect your accounts, set the rules, done: reactions within a minute, a nightly sweep of all listings and a log of every change. There is also something Baselinker does not do at all: attaching invoice PDFs directly to Allegro orders (the buyer sees the invoice right in their purchases, BL only emails it). And it works without Baselinker (XML feed or CSV file). An autopilot, not a second machine to operate.
I also drop-ship from a wholesaler, what then?
Plug in your wholesaler feed (XML/CSV link) and set the rule: in your stock → 24 h dispatch, supplier only → e.g. 3 days, nowhere → an honest longer term. Sklepilot keeps every listing in line automatically.
Does Sklepilot change anything behind my back?
No silent changes. Every move lands in the autopilot log: what, when, on which account and why. You can start in preview mode, where Sklepilot only shows what it would do until you hand over the controls.
How do invoices work?
Issue the invoice in Baselinker as usual and Sklepilot finds the right Allegro order and account and attaches the PDF within a minute. No more "invoice please" messages.
How long does setup take? Can I quit?
Onboarding is ~5 minutes: Baselinker API token + Allegro account authorization. Cancel anytime: disconnect your accounts and you're out, no fixed-term contracts.

I'm not a software house

Konrad Biniasz

My name is Konrad Biniasz and I build automations at a company selling on Allegro across three accounts. Our Baselinker catalogue holds around 3,600 products, some from our own warehouse, some shipped straight from suppliers.

Sklepilot exists because I got tired of two things: making sure a sold-out product stops promising 24 h dispatch, and attaching invoices to orders by hand. I built it for our company first, and it had been running real sales for months before I thought about letting anyone else use it.

So you won't find promises here that I haven't tested on real sales. If something isn't ready yet, I say so in the roadmap. I answer e-mails personally, usually the same day.
